Professional Indemnity Insurance

In order to obtain a practicing certificate the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) stipulates that evidence of solicitors’ Indemnity Insurance must be provided and that the insurance must comply with their minimum Terms and Conditions. Solicitors also require appropriate Liability Insurance.
